Currently facing a challenging phase in his career, Senny Mayulu spoke out following PSG’s narrow victory over Auxerre (0-1).

Despite his recent struggles, Senny Mayulu remained a starter and delivered a low-key performance in Auxerre, contributing to PSG’s hard-fought win. The young talent, the ninth most utilized player by coach Luis Enrique this season, attempted to shed light on his current slump.
“It’s normal in a career to experience low points, but the entire locker room is behind me. We support each other. When a player is struggling, we all rally together to help restore their confidence. Every great player faces challenges,” he told the press.

After acknowledging that the match was “difficult” and that “the victory was uplifting” for PSG, Mayulu was asked about the inefficacy issues that have plagued the team in recent weeks.

“Every season has its ups and downs. We managed to win the match, and that’s what matters most; we are working hard daily to win games as smoothly as possible. It’s not necessarily a problem. Sometimes we fail to score, but we play well, and that’s what’s important. Playing well keeps us confident, and that’s crucial. We didn’t give up; winning here in Auxerre was not easy,” he explained.
