PSG’s €250M Bid for Lamine Yamal Rejected by Barcelona

Recently, as PSG prepares for life after Kylian Mbappé, several names have emerged, with Yamal being a standout target. Reports suggested that PSG was willing to make a staggering offer of nearly €200 million for the young talent. However, the Parisian club’s interest did not stop there…

The staggering €250 million bid

This summer, PSG reportedly upped the ante for Lamine Yamal. According to Andy Bara, the agent for Dani Olmo, the club made a jaw-dropping offer of around €250 million for the young star. “What I know is that Barcelona rejected a massive bid from PSG for Lamine Yamal, which is valued at approximately €250 million,” he revealed.

A new contract and salary on the horizon?

While PSG and other clubs may continue to pursue Lamine Yamal, FC Barcelona is determined to secure their prized asset. According to reports from Marca, Yamal is in line for a significant contract extension. He will celebrate his 18th birthday on July 13, 2025, and once he reaches legal age, he could extend his contract with Barcelona until 2030. This new deal is expected to come with a substantial salary increase as well.
