“This is an important victory. We started the match very well, and I think we could have scored two or three more goals. We weren’t efficient, but it was a good match against a tough Lens team. They press a lot and bring a lot of intensity. I believe we did our job right before the Champions League match. Did we manage the game at the end? No. When we start a match, we give everything; we try to score as many goals as possible. I think we lacked efficiency, but overall, it was a good match,” he stated in an interview with beIN Sports after the game.
