PSG Eyes Rodrygo as Real Madrid Striker Considers Future Amid Transfer Interest
Real Madrid’s Rodrygo Goes Faces Uncertain Future, Attracts Interest from Top Clubs
Date: July 2025
Location: Europe
Rodrygo Goes, the talented forward from Real Madrid, is at a crossroads this summer. After learning from his coach, Xabi Alonso, that he might struggle to secure playing time next season, the Brazilian is exploring his options. This has sparked interest from several high-profile clubs across Europe.
Liverpool and Manchester United are among the frontrunners to secure Rodrygo’s signature. With Arsenal stepping back from the chase, Liverpool has emerged as a key contender. However, the club’s pursuit hinges on the potential departure of Luis Diaz. Meanwhile, Manchester United has reached out to Rodrygo’s representatives to gauge the situation, and Real Madrid appears open to negotiating a transfer.
Potential suitors and market dynamics
**Bayern Munich’s interest in Rodrygo seems conditional.** Christian Falk reports that the German giants might turn their attention to the Brazilian only if they fail to land Luis Diaz. Bayern is preparing a €75 million offer for Diaz, and confidence in securing this deal is high. Marcus Rashford also features on their shortlist but remains an alternative option.
Paris Saint-Germain’s strategic interest
**Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has expressed interest in Rodrygo but faces obstacles.** Florian Plettenberg indicates that the Parisian club’s move depends on the availability of other market options. With an attack featuring stars like Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembélé, Rodrygo would encounter fierce competition for a starting spot in Paris.
**Tottenham Hotspur is also keenly observing Rodrygo’s situation.** Reports from Spain suggest that Spurs are closely monitoring developments. CEO Daniel Levy is open to negotiations and maintains a cooperative relationship with Real Madrid, potentially facilitating a deal.
**As Rodrygo Goes considers his next move, the summer transfer window could bring significant changes to his career trajectory.** With several clubs eager to secure his talents, the coming weeks promise to be pivotal for the young Brazilian.
