Mbappé Demands €55M from PSG Amid Ongoing Contract Dispute

Although Kylian Mbappé is no longer a player for PSG after signing with Real Madrid this summer, his connection with the Parisian club is far from over. The captain of the French national team is reportedly demanding €55 million from his former club for unpaid salary during his last three months. However, PSG’s management insists that a prior agreement with the 25-year-old star exists.

The LFP’s Decision on the Mbappé-PSG Dispute

In a recent ruling, the legal commission of the LFP stated, “The commission requires Paris Saint-Germain to pay the salary components owed to Kylian Mbappé Lottin within eight days, including salaries and ethical bonuses for April, May, and June 2024, as well as the signing bonus due on February 29, 2024.” Unsurprisingly, PSG disagrees with this decision and intends to pursue further action to clarify the situation.

PSG Maintains Its Stance on Mbappé Agreement

According to reports from Le Parisien, PSG executives claim that they reached a secret agreement with Kylian Mbappé in August 2023 regarding the non-payment of his last three months’ salary. This arrangement was never formalized, putting PSG in a challenging position. It remains to be seen how the Rouge-et-Bleu will resolve this ongoing issue with Kylian Mbappé. Stay tuned for updates…
