Among those who celebrated this achievement was Kingsley Coman, a former PSG player and French international. Despite being part of Bayern Munich when they defeated PSG in the 2020 final, Coman expressed his delight at seeing his formative club reach the pinnacle of European football. “Seeing PSG win the Champions League was amazing. I was in the stadium, cheering them on. It was a moment of pride, especially with close friends like Presnel Kimpembe on the team,” Coman shared during an interview with Téléfoot.

Ronaldo’s influence on Coman’s new journey

After a decade of success at Bayern Munich, where he won numerous titles, Coman decided to embark on a new adventure with Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr. The move was heavily influenced by Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays a pivotal role in the club’s vision.

“Why Al-Nassr? At this stage of my career, it made sense to move. My role at Bayern wasn’t the same, and I wanted to be at the heart of a fresh project. Cristiano Ronaldo personally called me, encouraging me to join and bring my winning experience to the team,” Coman explained.
