Gonçalo Ramos Shares Positive Update on Injury Recovery Progress

The 2024/2025 season began on a disappointing note for Gonçalo Ramos, the promising forward for PSG. After a strong determination to establish himself as a key player, he suffered a significant injury during the opening match against Havre on August 16. Subsequent medical examinations revealed a severe ligament sprain in his left ankle, with an estimated recovery time of three months.

Currently, Ramos is in Doha, where he is undergoing rehabilitation at the renowned Aspetar clinic. A video shared recently showcases the PSG striker diligently working on his recovery. In an update provided nearly a month post-injury, he expressed optimism about his progress.

“I no longer feel pain”

In his own words, Gonçalo Ramos remarked, “I no longer feel pain! I am starting with some physiotherapy and a few exercises for my legs, as I need to work around the injury to strengthen it. Additionally, I’m now incorporating some cardio and muscle strengthening into my routine.”
