Pablo Longoria, the sporting director, is on the verge of securing a significant signing with the former Juventus player, who has been a free agent since leaving Italy. Various clubs were in the mix for Rabiot’s signature, and the idea of a return to PSG was also floated.

Rabiot had no intention of returning to PSG

However, as reported by Le Parisien, Rabiot has never entertained the thought of returning to Parc des Princes to play for PSG. “It’s true that since I left for Juventus, my name has been linked with PSG every summer. It’s very flattering, on one hand. But it remains complicated knowing how things ended,” he stated during a press conference with the French national team back in March.
